Uxtrt Del Files

In normal operation there is an entry in the 'del file' for every element in the 'add file' to prevent duplicates being added from adjacent tiles. You can turn this behaviour off with the -noupdate parameter.

In 'update mode' (which is automatically triggered when an 'update file' is processed) there is an entry in the del file for every changed or departed element.
