SnakeGrid Batch Transformer User Guide

1. Starting SnakeGrid Batch Transformer

The SnakeGrid Batch Transformer application runs within MicroStation V8, XM and V8i. (NOTE: The correct version of MicroStation will need to have been setup prior to installing the SnakeGrid Batch Transformer application).

To start the SnakeGrid Batch Transformer application:

1. Start MicroStation.
2. Open up any dgn file that you want. (NOTE: SnakeGrid Batch Transformer will not work when the active file is open in Read-Only mode).
3. When the dgn file has opened select from the menu '!SnakeGrid->Batch' (this will load the application).

NOTE: The SnakeGrid Batch Transformer will only transform elements within the selected files. If any of the selected files contain reference file attachments - then elements within the attached reference files are ignored. Reference file attachments are only processed when using the original active file 'Snakegrid Transformer' application.
