STW2DXF Change 0003

Removed symbology list creation in iDxfx_xmlRecFuncFeatureHatch() because this was causing an abend due to realloc failing. It is safe to remove becuase it isn't actually needed anymore.

Sample data was sent by Andy Fielding on a DVD which is in the filing cabinet under STW2DXF
